- The Cake Fairy creates custom cakes for her customers offering intricate fondant work where needed. She shares her cake designs on her Facebook page and can be contacted directly there.
- Stephanie's Cakes whether you are looking for birthday cakes, wedding cakes or simply a delicious cake for a one-off event, Stephanie offers custom designs that can be found on her website
- Expat Berlin Cooking and Baking Workshop - from personal experience, I can totally recommend any cakes made by Jacqueline. They don't only taste delicious, but look incredible, and she can custom make any design you throw at her. And if you want to lend a hand in making your little darling's cake, then she also offers workshops.

Where to buy or get a Piñata made (in Berlin)
I know there are a number of people who want Piñata's for their children's birthday and there are a selection of options out there to fit a range of budgets. If you want to go low budget, check out the basic selection at your local Toys R Us or, support a small business and check out those for sale on Berlin-created Dawanda or head to the Piñateria in Kreuzberg and order one.

If you are looking for somewhere to hold your baby's or toddler's birthday party, here are my tips
- Children's Cafe Wunderland Düsseldorfer Straße 40, 10707 Berlin (Wilmersdorf). This Wilmersdorf offer 2 hour children's parties with decorated birthday tables, cake, ice cream and more. More info (in German) on their website.
- Purzelbaum Gutsmuthsstr. 20, 12163 Berlin (Steglitz). They don't have any information on their website but I have been assured they offer children's birthday party options in their Steglitz space. You can get in touch via their website.
Birthday Parties for Kids Aged 4 - 6 Years Old
- Jolos Kinderwelt Am Tempelhofer Berg 7, 10965 Berlin (Kreuzberg). Jolos Kinderwelt is an indoor playground that also offer children's party celebrations for children 4 and up. The Jolo mascot will come and say hi to the kids and extra options are bookable. More details available on the website about their kids party options (in German) here.
- Little Art mobile art workshops (from age 2 and up) - Harriet and her bag of tricks can come to your home with all sorts of workshops from shadow play and badge making for the younger ones to upcycling, jewellery making and graphic printing for the older kids. More info on all her workshops here.

- Indoor BeachCenter Berlin Königshorster Str. 11-13, 13439 Berlin (Märkisches Viertel). This indoor beach centre near Wittenau offers good options for children celebrating their birthdays in the colder months. Alongside food and drinks, they provide entertainment and extras such as balls, football/soccer goals etc can be booked for extra fun for the kids. - FEZ An der Wuhlheide 197, 12459 Berlin (Köpenick). The family fun centre FEZ offer a wide range of birthday party options for kids aged 4-14 years old. Birthday Parties for Kids Aged 7 - 10 Years Old
- Perlerei (Bead shop) Lenbachstraße 7, 10245 Berlin (Friedrichshain). Perlerei offer children's birthday parties in their Friedrichshain shop for up to 11 children aged between 8 - 10 years. - Treasure Hunt at Fort Hahneberg. If your child loves to play at hunting for treasure, here at Fort Hahneberg, they can actually do this at this little known Spandau fort! Aimed at groups up to 15 children, they will be assisted as they make their hunt. More information here.
