Where to eat family-friendly brunch in Berlin

It's not just Berlin's hipsters who want to enjoy brunch at the weekend's in Berlin, us parents want to as well. Here are my tips for the best family-friendly brunch options in Berlin. If you have tried out one (or more) of these brunches, it would be fabulous if you could write a short review in the comments section with some details about food quality and portion size. 
Eltern-Kind Cafes offering brunch

Amitola
Where: Krossenerstr. 35, 12045 Berlin (Friedrichshain)
When: Saturdays  9am - 11am
What: Breakfast buffet every Saturday 3-10 year olds cost €3.50 and over 10 year olds cost €7.70.

Cafe Kreuzzwerg
Where: Hornstraße 23, 10963 Berlin (Kreuzberg)
When: Saturdays and Sundays from 10am
What: Breakfast buffet on Saturdays and Sundays. Adults pay €6.50, children over 2 pay €2.50.

Emma and Paul
Where: Gleditschstr. 47, 10781 Berlin (Schöneberg)
When: Saturdays and Sundays 10am - 2pm
What: The Saturday and Sunday breakfast brunch in Schoeneberg costs €9.50 per adult, children 2-6 years cost €2.50 and 7-12 years cost €4.50.

Cafe Ballon
Where: Bötzowstr. 49, 10407 Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg)
When: Saturdays and Sundays from 9.30am
What: Cafe Ballon offers weekend breakfast brunch with adults paying €7.90 (or €6.90 when you reserve ahead of time), children over 3 €3.

Charlottchen
Where: Droysenstraße 1, Corner Gervinusstraße, 10629 Berlin (Charlottenburg)
When: Exact times not noted on the website, but it's open Sundays from 10am
What: Often described as the Oma (grandmother) of Berlin's Eltern-Kind-Cafes, Charlottchen is both theater and family-cafe!

Restaurants in Berlin offering family-friendly brunch

Cafe Rix
Where: Karl-Marx-Str. 141, 12043 Berlin (Neukölln)
When: Sundays 10am - 2.30pm
What: Hidden just off the busy Neukölln street, Karl-Marx-Str., Cafe Rix is a former dance hall from the 19th Century that was saved from demolition and now serves delicious cake, breakfasts and more. Adults pay €9, you pay 50 Cents for each year your child is, ie. for a 4 year old, you pay €2.

Tomasa Zehlendorf
Where: Berliner Straße 8, 14169 Berlin (Zehlendorf)
What: Tomasa offer a family-friendly brunch and breakfast menu with a kids play room and friendly service.

Alois S.
Where: Senefelder Str. 18, 10437 Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg)
When: Sundays 10am - 3pm
What: A good option for the summer, thanks to its large playground/sandpit neighbouring the terrace, Alois S. offers brunch with a tapas twist.

Kiiwii Berlin
Where: Güntzelstr. 10, 10717 Berlin (Wilmersdorf)
When: Sundays 9am - 2pm
What: Kiiwii offers brunch in a restaurant with a large indoor play area, making it a good Sunday brunch option for Wilmersdorf-based families. Adults pay €10.90, 4-12 year olds €6.90 or €9.90,both prices are listed on the website (incl. play area) and up to 3 year olds €4.90 (incl. play area).

Naked Lunch
Where: Anklamer Straße 38, 10115 Berlin (Mitte)
When: Sundays, 10am - 1pm
What: With a playground located right in front of this place, Naked Lunch is a much enjoyed brunch location for parents in the warmer months of the year. 
Reservations: It is recommended to reserve, which you can do online here.

Hofbraeuhaus Berlin (Hofbräu München Berlin)
Where: Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse 30, 10178 Berlin (Mitte)
When: Sundays
What: Eat brunch in the spirit of Bavaria with (loud) music from a live band, plenty of atmopshere, games and child-friendly activities and of course, food. Not recommended for sensitive babies, however balls of fun for kids.

Restaurant Mangoo
Where: Tegeler Weg 1, 10589 Berlin (Charlottenburg)
When: Sundays
What: This self-claimed family-friendly restaurant offers an indoor play area for the kids as well as a playground outside for the warmer months. Adults pay €9.90 for brunch, children over 4 €4.50, under 4's are free. Use of the indoor play area costs €2.50 per child on Sundays.
Reservations: You can reserve your table online here. 

Cafe Avril 
Where: Graefestr. 83, 10967 Berlin (Kreuzberg)
When: Sundays 10am - 4pm
What: Vegetarian brunch is on offer at this cafe/restaurant that includes a small play area at the back for babies/toddlers. 
Reservations: Reserve by phone to 030 62735398. No reservations will be taken for between 11am-1pm. If you reserve a table, I recommend trying to get the table right next to the play area if you want to keep a good eye on the little ones.

Hi,
The Tomasa Zehlendorf has a nice kids' menu and a play room, great brunch/breakfast meals and friendly personel!
